摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a piezo-ceramic mold of high density with less pores by a method wherein a mixture of piezo-ceramic powder of zirconic acid titanic acid plumbum series, an organic dispersion medium and an organic binder are burned on certain conditions. CONSTITUTION:A mixture of piezo-ceramic powder of zirconic acid titanic acid plumbum series, an organic dispersion medium and an organic binder are prepared in such a way that the weight percent of the organic binder to that of the piezo- ceramic powder is below 2/100-6/100. Next a mold in the shape of a thin plate is formed with this mixture. When burning the mold, it is put in an atmosphere with oxygen in higher concentration than that of the atmosphere, and the temperature is raised from below 150 deg.C up to 450 deg.C at a speed of less than 30 deg.C per hour. In this case, the mold is maintained at a certain temperature above 250 deg.C and below 350 deg.C for 6-10hr. In addition, the mold is burned at the temperature of more than 1,100 deg.C and less than 1,200 deg.C in the atmosphere containing oxygen in higher density than that of the outside air by maintaining the specified pressure of plumbous vapor.
