PURPOSE:To prevent the damage to semiconductor devices resulting from the movement thereof, by providing buffers therebetween. CONSTITUTION:Between the product 2' having stopped and the approaching product 3, a buffer 4 of cork, rubber or the like, which readily moves and lightens a shock, is placed. As a result, the breakage of or a crack in the case due to a shock can be prevented and the movement of the products is facilitated. |
