PURPOSE:To do a good and smooth change-over operation without oversizing a device by coupling a changing spring with one side of a driving shaft holding point through a connector and by driving the driving shaft at about the fixed driving torque from the first stage of change-over. CONSTITUTION:A driving power transmitting lever 2 furnished with a changing groove 3 is fixed with a driving shaft 1 of a changing switch 36 being held free rotatably by the driving shaft 1 through an operation lever, one end of a crank connector 10 is free rotatably connected with one end of the holding point and one end of changing spring is coupled with the end. Further on another side of the holding point of the driving shaft 1 of the operating lever 4 and holding the driving power transmitting lever 2 between, up and down, the lever 9B and the lever 9A with the lever 9 lying between are fixed while said levers 9B and 9A are furnished with the pulling-out levers 32A and 32B respectively free rotatably in the range of a fixed angle. Thereby accidents such as the impossible breaking or the current limiter damage can be prevented for increasing reliability. |
