The frozen meat crusher has a fill box (1) of rectangular cross section divided into two compartments by partition (2). Compartment (3) contains the crushing assembly (4), into which the plate-shaped frozen meat is fed, while the other compartment (7) serves for admixing fresh meat. The outlet from the crusher (4) communicates with the tapered opening (10) of the compartment (7). Material from both compartments is transported through connecting channel (12) and inlet (13) into a crushing assembly (14) with high degree of fineness. The material crushed in the first stage assembly (4) is transported into the second stage (14) by a lateral screw conveyor (9). The cutting blades (33) of the crusher assembly (14) is fitted with two-bladed cutters of flat parallelogram shape with cutting edges on both sides of each blade.
