1. A continuous drum blasting machine for the continuous passage of workpieces therethrough and concurrent blasting of the workpieces therein with streams of a blasting medium including at least one drum (2, 2a) rotatable about an axis (8, 8a) which is inclined in the direction of the passage (7) characterized in that, the diameter of the drum (2, 2a) is decreasing in the direction of the passage (7), that at least one blast wheel (3, 3a) is mounted on the side of the largest diameter of the drum (2, 2a) and, whereby either a) the diameter of the drum (2, 2a) decreases step wise, or, b) the diameter of the drum (2, 2a) decreases continuously, and the axis (8, 8a) is so inclined, that the lowest point of the largest diameter is on the same height or below the lowest point of the smallest diameter of the drum (2, 2a). |
