<p>The box spanner ratchet head has an arm hinged to the ratchet head (3). The ratchet head (3) with box spanner-connecting square stub (4) has an extension (7) in radial direction with serrations (10) on its edge. The forked end (6) of the lever arm (1) is hinged to the extension (7) by pin (5). The serrated edge (10) works together with tapered edge (9) of slide (8) loaded by spring (11) pressing the slide (12) towards the serrations (10). The slide (8) carries a stub (12) guided by a pin (13) on which a slot provided on the stub (12) is gliding. The free end of the stub (12) rests against a cam (14) fitted on axle (15) and carrying a lever (16), by which the slide (8) can be fixed in any engaged position with the serrations (10).</p> |
