The heating system has heating pipes, positioned above a heat insulating layer in grooves in retainer panels, having a top cover. The retainer panels (12) have grooves (20,22) for the pipes (13), extending in longitudinal/transverse direction, and in curves. The top surfaces of the panels have projections (15,16) to guide and retain the pipes. The projections are in groups, forming passages, with several groups being located in rows.
