Cage rotor for asynchronous machine - has cage bars with end-stops for fixing into slots in laminar packet

The rotor has bars fixed axially to the rotor's laminar packet and sliding into the slots of the laminar packet and connected at both ends with shorting rings. Each bar(1) has an end-stop (2) at its end. The end-stop rests against the laminar packet (3). The bars are arranged such that at each end every second bar has an end-stop. The end-stops may be protrusions formed on the bars or pressed/punched from them. The end-stops fix the bars firmly into the slots.
