PURPOSE:To facilitate an easy control for a simultaneous operation of several devices of the same type, by carrying out a common process en bloc for the devices through the common control part. CONSTITUTION:The device controller 10 consists of the main control part 11, input/output buffer 12, device state memory part 13 and error control program memory part 14. The control part 11 is divided in terms of function into the device connection checking part 15, common control part 16 and device starting part 17. Thus the control part 11 proceeds to the start process of the device 1 after performing the common process such as that in which the output data to all devices are taken into the input/output buffer 12, and then proceeds to the start process of the device 2 at the moment when the output action is started for the device 1. Thus the output action is started for the device 2. At this moment, the action is returned once to the common process, and the devices 1 and 2 are started after carrying one the next common process, i.e., the take-in of the next output data and other processes. |
