PURPOSE:To thin the thickness of the plate of hermetically-sealed tank and prevent the lowering of dielectric strength by a process wherein the refrigerant not containing noncondensing insulating gas is atomized to cool the electric appliance and the insulating gas is replenished to regulate the pressure drop under the set value. CONSTITUTION:The refrigerant not having absorbed the insulating gas is stored in the refrigerant tank 10 to transfer the refrigerant 5 to a hermetically-sealed tank 2 through a pump 11. Said tank 10 is connected with a degasing device 13 to transfer the refrigerant 5 to the device 13 through the pump 16. The insulating gas separated by said device 13 is transferred to the insulating gas tank 18 to be replenished from the tank 18 to the tank 2. Further the refrigerant 5 is supplied to the liquid reservoir 4, the refrigerant 5 in the liquid reservoir 4 is sprayed atomizingly on a transformer through a sprayer 8 to cool the transformer 1. Then the insulating gas is replenished from the tank 18 to regulate the pessure fall under the set value for preventing the fall of the dielectric strength and thinning the thickness of plate of the tank 2. |
