PURPOSE:To secure a safe operation although a disconnection occurs to any one of the detection lines, by installing independently the steady voltage detection line and the abnormal voltage detection line between the output terminals of a power supply unit and at the same time driving in common the comparison detectors by the auxiliary power source. CONSTITUTION:The line (a) is separated from the line (b) and at the same time an end (c) of one side of the auxiliary power source 1 is connected to the point (d) of the (-) side to make the abnormal voltage detection line l1 and the steady voltage detection line l2 independent from each other. At the same time, the comparison detectors 2-4 are driven in common. When the steady voltage detection line l2 or l0 has a disconnection, the line l1 has a normal operation. Then the comparison output (B) or (C) are sent via the comparison detector 3 or 2 to maintain the protective function to stop the operation of the main circuit. In case when the line l1 has a disconnection, no voltage is applied to the partial voltage resistances 5 and 6 for output low voltage detection. As a result, the comparison detector 2 works to send the comparison output (C) and then stop the operation of the main circuit. |
