<p>The optimal operation of an injection moulding press is maintained by using a template with attached trips to operate switches which are attached to the fixed or moving press part by pins or other suitable method, they move over the switches as the press moves so that the successive switch actions correspond to the optimal as designed pref. by the press and mould producer. The control knobs for adjustments, preferably on the control box, have templates made of transparent material, each has a cam which, when the knob is turned, moves over a groove in its template, so that the optimal position can be set for its particular function. Exact operation and reproducibility is possible.</p> |
