<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the amount of insulators used and to unify the construction of each winding and lead wire for simplifying the manufacture by a process wherein the winding direction of windings of each unit of transformers are reversed to simplify the drawing out of lead wires of the primary-and-secondary sides by doing it from the same side wherein the primary-and-secondary terminals are prepared. CONSTITUTION:In the respective tanks of the single-phase transformers two unit transformers 10 and 20, which have the iron cores based on the main legs 12A- 12C, 22A-22C and the side legs 13A, 13B, 23A, 23B as well as the split windings 15A-15C and 25A-25C based on the primary-and-secondary windings to be used in parallel being equipped with the main legs 12A-12C and 22A-22C of said iron cores, are accomodated. On one side in the longitudinal direction of the tanks of said respective unit transformers 10 and 20 the primary terminal 33 connecting the primary lead wires 16 and 26 from each winding is prepared while on another side the secondary terminal 34 connecting the secondary lead wires 17 and 27 of each winding is prepared. And the direction of each winding of the unit transformer 10 of one side viewed from the terminal 33 or 34 and the direction of winding of the opposing other unit transformer 20 are reversed to simplisy the manufacture of the single- phase transformer.</p> |
