PURPOSE:To obtain an electrically insulated heat pipe by a method wherein an evaporation part and a cooling part are connected through an electrical insulator and inserted into the heating body of a high electrical tension instrument. CONSTITUTION:The evaporation part 1 and a condensation part 2 are made up of inorganic insulating material like ceramic, glass, etc. and their joint part is sealed and connected with an insulated cylinder 3 sintered by nickel plating, etc. through a nickel alloy ring 4. There is arranged a wick 5 in the cylinder and insulating liquid 6 is sealed. By this constitution, an electrically insulated heat pipe can be obtained at the evaporation part 1 and the condensation part 2. |
