PURPOSE:To ensure the angle adjustment and the turning operation of a door mirror with a simple structure by using the same axial member for the center of the angle adjustment of the mirror and the center of the turning of a mirror body by an external force. CONSTITUTION:A mirror 10 is horizontally adjusted by pulling an operation knob 47 forward or pushing the same backward for turning the mirror 10 backward or forward round a pivot bearing II. The mirror 10 is vertically adjusted by turning the operation knob 47 for inclining the mirror 10 round the pivot bearing. When an external force is given to a mirror body 1, the interlocked state between an interlocking part 17 of the mirror body 1 and an interlocking part 27 of a base 2 is released against the force of a buffer spring 51, and the mirror body 1 is turned around axial members 31 and 32. When a penetration hole 81 on a car body 8 is narrow to check a lever 4 by its edge and the body 1 cannot be sufficiently turned, the lever 4 is bent between the first plate material 41 and the third plate material 43 against the force of a spring 62 of an auxiliary buffer mechanism 6 to turn the body 1. |
