The improvement is in the energy balance of cooling systems, esp. in the home. The exhaust heat of the cooling assembly (6) is taken away to the outside air (2) or to a domestic water pre-heater. Specifically, a heat exchanger (1) is connected in front of the air condenser (5) of the cooling assembly (6) and is connected with an outside cooler (2) and/or the heat register (3) of a water storage vessel (10) via a secondary cooling circulation system (4).
