PURPOSE:To obtain a device economically and small-sized, by connecting a readout and write-in circuit of a dual actuator type magnetic disc to a rotating head type magnetic tape device with switching and commonly using the circuit. CONSTITUTION:The disc 2 is driven with a drive motor 4 fitted to the frame 1, and write-in or readout is made by using the write-in readout circuits 13, 14 with the head of a dual actuator 3. On the other hand, the readout and write-in circuits 13, 14 are switched with the rotary head 5, to the magnetic tape 9 run with the supply reel 8 and winding reel 9 on the tape supply motor 6 on the frame 1 and on the tape winding motor 7, to transfer the data of the disc 2, or the data on the magnetic tape 9 is transferred to the disc 2. Thus, the device is made economical and small in size. |
