PURPOSE:To facilitate the coaxial formation between a filament and an anode cylindrical body by linearly setting a cathode lead wire and forming a step area on the external surface in which the cathode lead wire of an insulating plate penetrates and is embedded. CONSTITUTION:An insulating plate 15 is tightly sealed around the opening 3 of a stem substrate 1 using sliver wax, etc. and is provided with penetration holes 18 and 19 which making penetrate and embedding a linear cathode lead wire 16 which is connected to the lower cathode end plate and a linear cathode lead wire 17 which is connected to the upper area of a filament 5, respectively. It forms also a step area 23 on an embedded external surface 22 so that external lead terminals 20 and 21 are fully maintained by insulation distance. Since cathode lead wires 16 and 17 are linearly set, the orthogonal relationship between the lower cathode end plate 10 and a magnetron axial line 14. |
