PURPOSE:To enable to insert a cartridge in the main body of a reproducing device even when turning the upside down, by constituting an axis symmetry with regard to the center line of inserting direction for both side and upper and lower sides of the cartridge. CONSTITUTION:The cartridge has a space to contain the video disc being the recording medium recorded with signals, the video disc is left in the body by inserting the cartridge in the body and taking it out, and the video disc left in the body is contained in the cartridge space. The cartridge is at least symmetrical for the both sides and upper and lower sides with regard to the center line of direction of insertion. Thus, the cartridge 11 containing the video disc 13 is normally inserted in the body from whether the front side or the back side. |
