PURPOSE:To prevent the unnecessary rise of pressure in a vessel by a method wherein only the evaporation of a cooling liquid is extracted and sent into a vapor storage vessel, and the partial pressure of gas is lowered. CONSTITUTION:A regulating valve 23 is closed when a temperature of a transformer is comparatively low, and pressure in a vapor storage vessel 21 is kept at a sufficiently low value as compared to pressure in a vessel 3. When the temperature of the transformer rises and the pressure in the vessel 3 rises and reaches some value or more, the regulating valve 23 is opened. The vapor of a cooling liquid 5, specific gravity thereof is heavier than an insulating fluid 4, flows into the vapor storage vessel 21 through an opening section 22 mounted to a lower section of the vessel 3 and a conduit 24 because the vapor is collected to the lower section of the vessel. The pressure in the vessel 3 lowers more than time before the regulating valve 23 is opened only by the reduction of the partial pressure of gas at a stage when the pressure is stabilized at a fixed value. |
