发明名称 NONAQUEOUSSELECTROLYTE BATTERY
摘要 PURPOSE:To improve the discharge capacity, the voltage flatness, and the initial discharge characteristics of a nonaqueous-electrolyte battery by using a mixture of graphite fluoride with manganese dioxide as the positive active material of the battery. CONSTITUTION:A positive electrode 7, a separator 8, an electrolyte-impregnated material 9 and a lithium negative-electrode 3 are installed in a battery case 4. After that, a sealing lid 1 is placed over the lithium negative-electrode 3 with a gasket 5 interposed between the case 4 and the lid 1 to harmetically seal the battery, and the whole constitutes a nonaqueous-electrolyte battery. The positive active material of the battery is made of a mixture of graphite fluoride with manganese dioxide. The ratio of manganese dioxide to graphite fluoride should be 1-20pts. to 100pts., or 100pts. to 5-30pts.wt. The negative electrode is preferred to be made of an active light metal such as lithium or magnesium. It is preferable that the nonaqueous electrolyte is made of a solution of lithium perchlorate in an organic solvent.
