PURPOSE:To eliminate the intricate signal transmission and reception introduced into a main body and prevent malfunction by controlling opening-closing operations according to the state of an original press-contact member by the signals for the start and end of image formation. CONSTITUTION:When a copying button is pushed while a press-contact plate is held open, the rise signal CS is inputted from the terminal A of the circuit (I) by the signal for the start of image formation. In the circuit (I), single pulses are generated by hammer drivers Q1-Q3 etc., by which relays RL1, RL2 are driven and a motor M is driven. A microswitch MS1 is provided to the circuit and is opened or closed in the predetermined positions by the cam of the motor shaft, so that the starting and stopping of the motor M are effected surely. While the press- contact plate is held closed, the terminals 1 and 2 of the switch MS3 are conducting and the motor M does not run despite the presence of any input. When the power source is turned on by the circuits of the hammer drivers Q4, Q5, the output rises to an H level after a fixed time. Thereby, malfunction is prevented and copying is accomplished efficiently. |
