PURPOSE:To prevent an inferior electric characteristic such as an inferior insulative resistance of a transformer and an insulative brekage by a method wherein moisture content mixed in the coolant is discharged by a separator device arranged between the sealed container and the cooling means. CONSTITUTION:Conduit 11 is arranged at the lower part of the cooling unit 7 separate from the pipe 9 in such a way as its position is lower than the pipe 9. The conduit 11 is communicated with the lower part of the sealed container 1 through the water separator device 30 and the pipe 21. When the moisture contained in the coolant is accumulated at the upper part of the water separator 30, an opening of the valve 18 causes the moisture to be discharged at the discharge port through the valve 18. |
