<p>PURPOSE:To execute integration more easily by executing processing rate of a digital processing circuit system by sampling rate of a solid image pickup element, and providing a D/D converter on the part where the processing rate becomes irregular. CONSTITUTION:The A/D converters 3, 33 digitally convert the outputs of the solid image pickup elements 1, 2. The filter units 6, 36 give the prescribed filter characteristic to a digital color signal. The digital modulators 21, 41 prepare signals to be digitally modulated by modulating the outputs of the units 6, 36. In that case, the D/D converters 20, 40 for converting the processing rate to pfsc from n/m.pfsc are provided between the units 6, 36 and the modulators 21, 41. The processing rate from the elements 1, 2 to the units 6, 36 is selected to n/m.pfsc being a sampling rate of the elements 1, 2, and the residual processing rate is selected to pfsc. In this case, fsc, is a frequency of color subcarrier and p is 3 or 4, m and n are integers, respectively.</p> |
