PURPOSE:To enable sure parity check even after the restoration of power failure, by providing dual check systems of an odd and even number systems. CONSTITUTION:The vertical parity bit 31 of ICRAM30 is formed with an odd and even number of parity bits 311, 312, and the horizontal parity word 32 is formed with an odd and even number of parity bytes 321, 322. Be these dual system parity check systems, even if the bit pattern is all 0 or all 1 at the restoration of power failure, the parity check can be ensured. |
