PURPOSE:To melt and knead a large quantity of inorganic filler and resin uniformly to a high degree by a mechanism wherein uneven sections are each formed onto the opposing surfaces of a fixing ring plate and a large-diameter screw piece, and the spherical bodies of revolution are disposed to the uneven sections. CONSTITUTION:In resin, to which an inorganic filler is mixed, fed into a kneading mechanism 6 from a screw, one section is keaded and advanced toward a front large-sized screw piece 12 through a void between a small-diameter screw piece 10 and a fixing ring plate 11 and another one section through a material introducing hole 11a formed to the fixing ring plate 11. Uneven sections 11c, 12a are each made up onto the opposing surfaces of the fixing ring plate 11 and the large-sized screw piece 12, and the bodies of revolution 15 are placed into a circumferential groove 11d and a concave section 12d. Thus, the melted resin and a large quantity of inorganic filler can uniformly be kneaded to a higher degree. Air is discharged from a deairing hole 16. |
