<p>PURPOSE:To manufacture a three-layer vessel coated with polyamide which has excellent transparency and solvent resisting properties efficiently by a method wherein a small quantity of polyamide is injected into a metal mold cavity and polyolefin for forming a central layer is injected from the same nozzle. CONSTITUTION:A small quantity, about 5-40vol% of the volume of a metal mold cavity 5, of polyamide group group resin 2 is injected into the cavity 5 with a center gate 9, and melted polyolefin group resin 3 filled into another injection cylinder is injected from the same nozzle 8 during the time when said polyamide group resin 2 is cooled and solidified. A polyolefin group three-layer laminated vessel, inner and outer both surfaces thereof are coated with the polyamide group resin 2, because the polyolefin group resin 3 is filled into the mold in a shape that it gets into the polyamide group resin 2.</p> |
