PURPOSE:To enable manufacture of a printing head having a high accuracy at an inexpensive cost, by a method wherein an ink injection path, equipped with an orifice having a given opening diameter, a pressure chamber connected to the orifice, and an ink trap chamber, feeding ink to the pressure chamber, are molded monolithically. CONSTITUTION:A ceramic base plate 61, having a recess and a hole which are etched so as to form elements in an injection system, and a cover slip 68 having two apertures are adhered together or fusion-welded. An opening 67 for a valve is formed in an ink trap chamber 66 which connects together 7 each of nozzles 62, necks 63, and ink pressure chamber 64, and piezo-electric crystals 71-77 are adhered as a vibrator at spots corresponding to 7 ink pressure chambers 64 to manufacture an ink jet head having a high accuracy at an inexpensive cost. |
