PURPOSE:To shorten a time required for preparing distribution and enable simultaneous preparation of the frequency distribution of a plurality of amounts to be measured by operating selectively N units of counters corresponding to the size of amounts to be measured and thereby unnecessitating adjustment of a voltage comparing circuit. CONSTITUTION:A circuit 1 for detecting an amount to be measured detects an analog amount and converts the same into a DC voltage, which is amplified 2 and later supplied to a comparison circuit 5. Meanwhile, reference voltages numbering (N+1) set corresponding to levels numbering (N+1) which divide the amount to be measured according to the size thereof are generated 3, and the adjacent two out of the reference voltages are selected simultaneously by an analog switch part 4 and supplied to the comparison circuit 5. In the circuit 5, relative relations between respective input voltages are discriminated and the results of discrimination are given to a switching control part 9, which changes over switches 4 sequentially so that the DC voltage comes in between two reference voltages and simultaneously switches gate circuits 7 sequentially. In this way, a reference time signal P1 is introduced into the corresponding counters 8 numbering N through the intermediary of the gates 7. |
