<p>Derivatives of fluorenes and fluoranthenes are provided, in the form of racemates or of enantiomers, of the formula (I) (I) in which n is 1 or 2, R1 is a hydrogen, chlorine or fluorine atom or a C1-C4 alkyl or C1-C4 alkoxy radical, R2 is a hydrogen atom or a C1-C4 alkyl, cyclopropyl, benzyl, chloro or fluorobenzyl, C1-C4 alkylbenzyl, C1-C4 alkoxybenzyl, C1-C4 acyl, C1-C4 alkoxycarbonyl or C1-C4 alkylaminocarbonyl radical, R3 is a hydrogen atom or a C1-C4 alkyl radical, R4 is a hydrogen atom or a C1-C4 alkyl, C1-C4 acyl or benzoyl radical, and pharmaceutically acceptable acid addition salts thereof. They are therapeutically valuable as anti-anoxia and psychotropic agents.</p> |
