PURPOSE:To enable precise analysis by making monochromatic the continuous lights which fall from various angular directions and by emitting the monochromatic lights thus formed at a single-point imaging part. CONSTITUTION:By moving a light source 1 and a condensing lens 2 from a position 1 to a position 1', both shown in the figure, sequentially, the continuous lights can be taken out as monochromatic lights L having different wavelength respectively. That is, these lights are formed only by replacing the advancing directions of incident lights and emitted lights with each other, and each of diffraction angles B1, B2... is not different from another. Therefore, the continuous light falling at a diffraction angle B1 and the continuous light falling at a diffraction angle B2, for instance, are emitted sequentially as the monochromatic lights having different wavelength so as to concentrate on the same point. By making such monochromatic lights be transmitted through a single-orifice slit 4 and a sample cell 3 and be inputted in a detector 7 and an amplifier 8, measurement or analysis in accordance with desired items of measurement can be performed. |
