PURPOSE:To obtain a composite having smooth and beautiful facial properties, by a method wherein a stamping molding material composed of fibrous substance and thermoplastic resin and a surface material are integrated at a specific temperature. CONSTITUTION:A matlike matter 6 composed of an inorganic fiber is arranged between a stamping molding material 7 and surface material 5. Integration is performed by making a temperature of a mold 4, with which the surface material comes into contact, the melting point or lower end making a temperature of a mold, with which the stamping molding material 7 comes into contact, the glass transition point or more and the softening point or less of thermoplastic resin constituting the stamping molding material. The thermoplastic resin is of resin such as polyethylene terephthalate or polybutylene terephthalate and a mixture of those two kinds of them or more may be used for the same. Fibrous substance is of various whisker such as a glass fiber or a carbon fiber or a metallic fiber or a ceramics fiber. |
