<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the formation of the wrinkles of a substrate in synthetic resin by a method wherein foaming synthetic resin is filled on the substrate, and molded between a cope conveyor and a drag conveyor consisting of a plurality of drum rolls, central sections thereof are expanded. CONSTITUTION:A cope conveyor 3 is formed in a caterpillar type in such a manner that a belt 3b is spanned between rolls 3a, and a drag conveyor 5 is manufactured to ensure that only a section a until rise time among the rolls 4 is constituted by drum rolls 4a, the diameters of central sections thereof are expanded. A substrate 1 in synthetic resin such as polyvinyl chloride is supplied to the inlet side of the drag conveyor 5, foaming synthetic resin such as foaming polyurethane is filled onto the substrate from a nozzle 6 and a board for building is molded between the cope conveyor 3 and the drag conveyor 5. Thus, distortion does not concentrate to the center of the substrate because the substrate is warped in a convex curved surface and foaming pressure is applied at both ends.</p> |
