PURPOSE:To make sure flow detection by detecting the flow of a fluid based on a principle that a valve body provided in a fluid passage is moved by the flow of a fluid. CONSTITUTION:If a fluid is run under a condition that a tubular channel is used to connect an inlet 5 with an outlet 7, the fluid is supplied to a blowout hole 4 through the inlet 5. Then if the pressure of the fluid is increased beyond the repulsive force of 0 ring 16 used as an elastic element, the fluid flows toward a recovery groove 6 through a valve body 11 and the upper surface of a block 3 under a state where the valve body 11 is pushed up. Consequently, if the fluid is in a running condition, the valve body 11 is pushed up by the fluid which is insulative, releasing a contact between the valve body 11 and the block 3. As a result, an electric route among a terminal 13, the valve body 11, the block 3, a cover 15 and a terminal 17 is cut off, resulting in the difficulty to obtain an electric signal between the terminals 13, 17. |
