PURPOSE:To increase the foaming magnification of foam and improve foam phisical properties and incombustibility greatly by adding one kind or more of inorganic powdered and granular bodies contributing to resistance to flame to a resin raw material on way of foaming discharged from a mixer. CONSTITUTION:An iron plate 1 is placed on a drag, and a foam raw material on way of foaming under a condition that a polyol, polyisocyanate and a foaming agent containing a trimerized catalyst is foamed to 20-30% of the last volume is let fall on the iron plate 1 when the plate reaches just under a mixer 7. Inorganic powdered and granular bodies are instantaneously added to the foam raw material by means of spray, etc. A back material 2 is laminated, the raw material is supplied to a mold formed by a cope member 16 and a drag member 17, a reaction and foaming of the foam raw material are completed in the mold, the raw material is cured and a composite board is forwarded from the outlet. Perlite grains, a borate, a silicate, etc. are used as the inorganic powdered and granular bodies. |
