PURPOSE:To facilitate an easy maintenance for a data highway central controller, by detecting the alarm bit logic received from each station and displaying the station under a by-pass through an address conversion of the alarm bit logic. CONSTITUTION:The data highway central controller 1 includes the ALM transmission circuit 21 that transmits all alarm bits ALM in the form of ''1'', the by-pass bit detection circuit 22 that detects the bit of ''1'' state among the bits ALM, and the display circuit 23 that converts the bit detected by the circuit 22 into the address of an end office device and display it. In such constitution, the by-pass station is detected automatically and displayed at the circuit 23. |
