PURPOSE:To match the central axis of a neck tube with that of exposure independently of a funnel by positioning the funnel and neck tube on a sealing frame stand, mounting them, adjusting the pad position against the central axis of the tube with a jig, and sealing a panel based on the pad cap. CONSTITUTION:A funnel 5 and a tube 8 are positioned on a sealing frame stand 20 through a funnel pad cap 22 and a neck tube fitting section 23. When they make contact to the top of the pad 2 of a panel 1 which is sealed to the funnel 5 using a crosssectional U-shaped jig 30, the central axis Z2 of the tube 8 matches that Z1 of the exposure of the panel 1. The funnel and the tube are adjusted for the specified position by moving a pad cap 21. Then the jig 30 is removed and the panel 1 is put on the open end edge area 6 of the funnel 5, then the pad 5 of this panel 1 is sealed to make contact to the pad cap 21. This can match the central axis of the tube with that of the exposure of the panel independently of the funnel. |
