PURPOSE:To ensure a high-speed copying, by shifting the original and the copying paper opposedly and in the opposite direction to each other to a head containing an ink jet nozzle having the read element and the record element provided at the upper and lower sides. CONSTITUTION:A read element comprising the photoelectric transducers 16-1- 16-n and the optical fibers 18-1-18-n is provided on the upper surface of the base board 12 sliding on the guide part 11. At the same time, the record element comprising the ink jet nozzles 19-1-19-n opposed to the photoelectric transducers is provided on the lower surface of the board 12. Thus a head is formed. The original 21 and the recording paper 23 are shifted simultaneously and in the opposite direction to each other onto the upper and lower surfaces each of the head by means of the shift rollers 22 and 24. The base board 12 of the head is moved toward the X-X' direction by the wire 13 hooked over the pulleys 14-1 and 14-2. In this way, a high-speed copying is made possible with a simple constitution. |
