PURPOSE:To realize a miniaturization of the microwave strip circuit, by installing a coaxial capacitive short circuit that supplies the DC power to the case of the microwave strip circuit. CONSTITUTION:A coaxial capacitive short circuit is installed to the case 5 of a microwave strip circuit to supply the the DC power. The central conductor 11 having the wing 14 projected into a disk form is inserted into the hole 9 made by drilling the case 5 into a cylindrical form via the thin insulator sheet 10 and then fixed into a screw form by the insulator 12. Then the conductor 11 is connected to the drain line 2 by a thin lead wire 13 to constitute a capacitive short circuit. The bias voltage is supplied to the line 2 of the transistor 1 from the conductor 11 via the capacitive short circuit. In such way, the choke circuit that interrupts the high frequency can be eliminated, thus miniaturizing the strip subsstrate. Furthermore a miniaturization is possible for such circuit in particular that uses the transistors in multiple stages. |
