PURPOSE:To prepare a bait for fishing, preservable for a long period, having the characteristic form, color, odor, etc. of a live bait, and attractive to the fish, by covering the whole surface of a live bait as it is with thin film of rubber, synthetic resin, etc. CONSTITUTION:A live bait for fishing of freshwater fish or marine fish is dipped in a solution obtained by dissolving raw rubber, synthetic rubber, synthetic resin, etc. in a rapid-drying organic solvent, and dried to obtain the objective bait covered with thin film of 10-15mu thickness over the whole surface. The live bait is, e.g., insects, worms, small fish, shellfish, etc. |
