PURPOSE:To recover clock function without exchanging batteries on the spot despite the termination of the life of the battery by providing a charging part which is manually chargeable. CONSTITUTION:The residual capacity and over charging of the battery built in an electronic clock are displayed by a voltage display circuit, and when the remaining capacity of the battery decreases, the user pushes the push bar 6 projecting from a clock 5 by his fingertip. A gear 7 is moved to the right and left by the bar 6, by which a gear wheel 8 is rotated. The rotation of the gear wheel 8 is transmitted to a pinion 9, by which a generator is operated and the battery is charged. |
