<p>PURPOSE:To use a unit of radio transmitter and receiver each at a repeater station and then use a wave for the radio frequency, by adding a delay element to the repeater of the repeater station. CONSTITUTION:The control signal 211 supplied from the monitor controlling device 1 of the control station A is modulated to the radio frequency by the radio transmitter 21 and then demodulated by the radio receiver 31 of the repeater station C to be turned into the signal 312'. The signal 312' is delayed by the delay element 7 to be turned into the transmission signal 212', modulated again to the radio frequency by the radio transmitter 21 to be transmitted to the station B to be controlled, and demodulated by the receiver 31 to be turned into the reception signal 213'. The signal 213' is transmitted to the monitor controlling device 5. The state displaying signal 311 sent from the device 5 is modulated by the transmitter 21 and then transmitted to the station C. The signal 311 is then demodulated by the receiver 31, delayed by the element 7, modulated by the transmitter 21 to be transmitted to the station A, and demodulated by the receiver 31 to be turned into the reception signal 313'.
