PURPOSE:When burning a powder to a base material, to suppress the deformation of the powder and to prevent the peeling of the oxide layer thus to obtain an electronic tube having long service life, by performing the burning in H2 gas containing H2O under specific temperature range in order to prevent the diffusion of Zr in the basic material. CONSTITUTION:In a powder especially in Ni powder or mainly composed of Ni, the deformation of said Ni powder is caused by the diffusion of Zr into the powder to react with the oxide layer, thereby the burning is performed while suppressing the diffusion of Zr into the powder to be burnt to the basic material. Consequently the burning is performed in H2 gas containing H2O with the burning temperature in the range of 550-880 deg.C. As a result the powder will never deform to prevent the peeling of the oxide layer resulting in an electronic tube having long service life. |
