<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a health food, having stabilized quality and price throughout a year, by removing the hollow part of a watermelon and providing a canned food consisting mainly of fruit juice and fibrous substances. CONSTITUTION:The hollow part of a watermelon is removed to provide a state of fruit juice and fibrous substances. The resultant watermelon is then produced as a canned food by a well-known method so as to maintain the contents of the quality.</p> |
