PURPOSE:To enable to effectively utilize the punched material of the subject electromagnet by a method wherein the projected pieces of the nonmagnetic interface are joined together and the closed circuit equivalent for a secondary coil is consists of said projected pieces. CONSTITUTION:The core flux of a fixed core 1 consists of the laminated core which has been punched out in the same shape, and on the inner side of yoke sections 10 and 10a, grooves 21 and 21a having the prescribed depth h and width are provided symmetrically to the center shaft p of a center leg 2. Also on the yoke sections 10 and 10a, the projected pieces 22 and 22a to be used as short bars 11 and 11a are punched out respectively in a unitary body symmetrically to the center shaft p. These projected pieces 22 and 22a have the width that they can be folded into the grooves 21 and 21a and after performing a calking with a core rivet, the opposing projected pieces are bent toward the opposite side and the overlapped portion is welded. As a result, the projected pieces 22 and 22a of the nonmagnetic interfaces 103 and 103a are jointed together and they form the closed circuit l equivalent to the secondary side coil, thereby enabling to utilize the punched material effectively. |
