<p>PURPOSE:To enable driving or braking of wire when the wire is laid, by supporting a pair of resilient rollers filled with compressed gas drivably/brakably and holding the wire between the resilient rollers. CONSTITUTION:A pair of resilient rollers 3 filled with compressed gas are provided. A mechanism 5 for controlling driving or braking of the resilient rollers 3 is also provided. A wire 4 is held between the resilient rollers 3 and laid. When braking and driving are controlled properly, application of excessive tensile force onto the wire 4 can be prevented even when a protector 9 passes. Furthermore, partial laying tensile force control can be made.</p> |
