The crampon has feet (1) with hooks to allow the rapid putting on of loops or rings. The feet are L-shaped and are fixed on the crampon by one extremity (2). On the other side of the L is an elastic hook (7) whose opening is directed towards the points of the crampon. The hook is S-shaped and has one part (9) jutting out from the foot and the curved into it and a second part (10) curved in the opposite direction. The first part has a smaller cross section than the second.
