The surfaces of the resin molds (9), (11) are advantageously softer in hardness than the postformed melamine decorative laminate heated up at 100 to 200`C. According to this invention, the melamine decorative laminate may be subjected to the draw forming with no defective appearance and physical properties of the laminate.
