PURPOSE:To take out many information rapidly to facilitate the next information processing, by using a powder material memory to store many different kinds of information rapidly after converting them into the binary code and by utilizing these stored information. CONSTITUTION:Picture information 1 is converted to electric signal ''1'' and ''0'' by device 2 and is written into powder material memory A5 by write circuits A1-A4. Pulses for write command applied to input terminal S1 ar input to the gate of circuit A3 after delay time T by passing through the delay circuit of circuit A1. Afterward, pulse ''1'' is shifted from register DL+1 to register DL+n successively at every minimum delay time (t), and the output sends signal ''1'' to the AND gate of circuit A3. In case said picture information exists, gate outputs in corresponding line and row become 1. Information is transferred to gates G1-GM of circuit 4 distinctively; and when gates are opened, sine wave signals of frequencies f1-fM are output to receive pulse modulation. Thus, row information and line information are converted as the delay time and the carrier frequency respectively, and information are written in memory 5. |
