<p>A double-activated advancing cylinder is mounted on the support frame floor skid. A rod-linkage system is hinged to its piston-rod and to the side of the conveyor facing this frame. Sliding guideways are provided on floor skid, with two double activated setting cylinders to control cutting plane. The face working conveyor with a striding support frame is used in a mine. The setting cylinder (15) is rotatably supported on the open end of the advancing cylinder's piston-rod (8), with a support rod system (17) parallel to this cylinder. On the face side, the support rod system is guided on the advancing rod system (11), with a loop shackle.</p> |
